Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the products and services offered by Okazolab B.V. (“we,” “our,” or “us”) through this website. By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using our products, you agree to these Terms.

1. Research Purpose Only

​Our software products are provided strictly for research purposes only. They have not been certified for clinical use.

2. Quotation

You may request an official quotation by using the Request Quote form available on our website.

3. Orders

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that:

  • All information you provide (including billing details) is accurate and complete.

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

4. Payment

We accept payments through the methods listed at checkout, which may include:

  • Credit/debit cards

  • PayPal

  • Manual payment (bank transfer)

  • Other available payment providers

If you select Manual Payment at checkout, you will receive detailed instructions for completing the payment by bank transfer.
All payments must be made in full before the license key and installation instructions are delivered.

5. Delivery

​After purchase, you will receive a license key and installation instructions via email within two (2) business days.

6. Returns and Refunds

Because our products are electronic and license-based:

  • Once a license key has been delivered, the product cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Once an updates subscription period has been extended, it also cannot be refunded.

7. License

By purchasing our products, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software in accordance with the scope specified in the End User License Agreement.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Our software products are provided on an “as is” basis, without any warranties or representations, express or implied. This includes, without limitation: warranties of quality, performance, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Okazolab B.V. does not warrant that:

  • the software will meet your requirements,

  • the software will be free from errors, or

  • the operation of the software will be uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

​To the maximum extent permitted by law, Okazolab B.V. shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use of our products.

10. Governing Law

​These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.

11. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our products after changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
